He was previously a Partner at private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, where he was a member of the founding team of KKR in Europe. In the late 1990s, Mr. Pfeffer was Chairman of the Executive Board of Groupe Allium S.A., the largest information technology reseller and service provider to corporations and governments in France, Italy and Spain. Prior to that, he was with McKinsey & Company in Europe and Latin America where he specialized in turnarounds.
